The second Istanbul Human Resources Forum, organized by The Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye Human Resources Office, will be held on December 15, 2023, at the Istanbul Congress Center with the theme "Society 5.0".
The HR Forum, which hosted over 3,000 participants from 26 different countries last year, will once again convene public institutions, private sector organizations, academics, and human resources professionals from various sectors. This gathering aims to facilitate the sharing of knowledge and experience among all relevant parties.
The human resources transformation that Türkiye aims to achieve will be examined from the perspective of "Society 5.0" which is defined as the "Human-Centered Society of the Future" and views technological advancements as opportunities to enhance societal peace and prosperity.
Key panels will feature sessions in which senior HR executives from defence industry companies will discuss talent management models. The results of the "Global Turks par Excellence" research, highlighting the competencies of successful Turkish professionals in the global business world, will be shared. Additionally, the effects of early career awareness on employability among young people will be evaluated, and human-centered technologies and artificial intelligence will be brought to the forefront.
The Forum aims to shape innovative human resources practices needed to make Türkiye the talent hub of the new century and to share and gather feedback on projects, methods, and tools developed by The Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye Human Resources Office.
In addition to panels featuring high-level international executives and academics, the second Istanbul Human Resources Forum will also host workshops with the participation of member and observer countries of the Organization of Turkic States, as it did last year.
