The main goals are to train future human resources managers who will work in business, public administration, and academia, develop projects through university-industry partnerships, and strengthen collaboration among public and private sectors.

The program, conducted in Istanbul, the talent hub of the new century and the cradle of civilizations embracing two continents, is open to candidates from all countries. All bachelor's graduates who wish to work in the field of human resources can apply.

Applicants must upload an ALES or GRE Certificate, Letter of Reference, Statement of Purpose, and Resume to ITU's application system. In addition, international candidates are required to provide a Turkish Proficiency Certificate. Those who meet all the application criteria but do not have a Turkish language certificate will be given the opportunity to study in Turkish preparatory classes.

Successful international candidates applying to the thesis program will be financially supported within the scope of the "Türkiye Scholarship" program of the Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities.
