Istanbul Technical University (ITU), under the coordination of the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye Human Resources Office, is once again accepting applications from applicants for the International Human Resources Management Master's Program. The program, which received over 300 applications and high interest, will open for its second application round from 1-22 August 2024.

The program is designed to train aspiring human resources managers who will be influential in the global business environment and those who will be active in academia and projects, especially in Türkiye and Turkic states. The master's program will be open to applications from all countries, especially member and observer states of the Organization of Turkic States, the Balkans, and African countries.

Training Future Human Resources Managers with an Interdisciplinary Approach

In the first application period, the program selected applicants from 12 different academic disciplines, creating an interdisciplinary environment that merges individuals with various educational backgrounds and areas of expertise. This structure allows applicants from disciplines like engineering, social sciences, and natural sciences to learn together, resulting broadening their perspectives.

Distance Learning Opportunities for Working Professionals

The program, offered in both thesis and non-thesis options, targets all graduates with varying career objectives. The non-thesis program, in particular, offers considerable flexibility for professionals working in both the public and private sectors by providing online and evening classes opportunities.

International Networking Opportunity

During the first application period, the program attracted significant interest from candidates in countries such as the United Kingdom, France, Qatar, Japan, Cuba, Azerbaijan, and Thailand. It is distinguished by its international learning perspective, enabling candidates to build a global professional network. Furthermore, the Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities offers scholarships for international candidates pursuing the thesis-based master's program.

Application Process

Applications, which require the submission of ALES or GRE scores, a Turkish Proficiency Certificate (for international applicants), a Letter of Recommendation, a Statement of Purpose, and a Curriculum Vitae, will be accepted through ITU's graduate application portal from 1-22 August 2024.

Applicants can follow the procedure via the official social media accounts of Istanbul Technical University and the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye Human Resources Office (@itu1773 - @tccbiko) and through their official websites (itu.edu.tr - cbiko.gov.tr).

Respectfully announced to the public.
