The Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye Human Resources Office, dedicated to modern initiatives improve the training and development of qualified human resources, will support candidates during this year's High School Transition and Higher Education Institutions Examination choice period. This support will be facilitated through the CCIS, which promotes equal opportunity and inclusiveness.

Over 50,000 psychological counsellors and guidance advisors facilitate career counselling during the preference period, supporting our youth in their career planning using labour market data from CCIS. This official system provides employment performance metrics for graduates across various vocational fields and university departments.

Counselling Services are Provided with Up-to-date and Objective Data

CCIS provides counselling services to high school and university candidates in a digital environment, ensuring equal opportunity. Career counsellors analyse labour market indicators to guide candidates toward the most suitable options based on their competency and career plans.

CCIS is founded upon two extensive projects led by the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye Human Resources Office: LİSE-VERİ, which analyses secondary education, and UNİ-VERİ, which focuses on higher education.

CCIS, which generates analyses specific to "departments" in higher education and "vocational fields" in secondary education, enables career counsellors to provide more effective guidance using up-to-date real data from 2010 to 2024 January. This system reduces uncertainties in youth career planning and supports them in making decisions focused on their abilities during their preference process.

The labour market indicators available to psychological counsellors and guidance advisors include quantitative data on 48 occupational fields, 81 undergraduate departments, and 42 associate degree departments. These indicators cover various metrics such as the duration until first employment, entry level wage distribution, qualification mismatch, employment in the public sector, firm size and sectoral distribution.

During the high school transition exam results preference period ending on July 17 and the higher education institutions exam results preference period ending on August 8, CCIS offers free services to career counsellors, providing nationwide accessibility in Türkiye.

Young people can access CCIS (dabis.cbiko.gov.tr) and stay updated with announcements on the official Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook accounts of the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye Human Resources Office and the Career Counselling Information System (@tccbiko - @dabisrehber).

Respectfully announced to the public.
