Istanbul Technical University (ITU), under the coordination of the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye Human Resources Office, will begin accepting students for the International Human Resources Management Master's Program.

According to the statement from the Human Resources Office, the program, which references the talent management perspective, successfully conducted by the Office for five years, will provide the opportunity to participate in practical projects based on modern concepts such as strategic human resources planning, digital HR tools, and twin transformation, in line with the global agenda.

The program is designed to train aspiring human resources managers who will be influential in the global business environment and those who will be active in academia and projects, especially in Türkiye and Turkic states. The master's program will be open to applications from all countries, especially member and observer states of the Organization of Turkic States, the Balkans, and African countries.

Who will be able to apply?

The program, offered in both thesis and non-thesis options, targets all graduates who wish to pursue a career in human resources.

International students must hold a bachelor's degree from universities recognized as equivalent by the Council of Higher Education, a B1 level Turkish Proficiency Certificate, a minimum GPA of 2.5, and either an ALES score of at least 65 or a GRE quantitative score of at least 652 (or 152 in the new system).

International candidates without a language certificate will be offered Turkish language education in preparatory classes.

Additionally, international students will be able to receive scholarship from the Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities.

Applications will be open until June 28th, 5:00 PM.
